Privacy Policy
Premium Solutions LLC ("Premium Solutions," "we," "us") is a Tennessee limited liability company that provides AI agents, AI search visibility, workflow automation, custom software, integration and related technology services (the "Services") to businesses ("Clients"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information through premiumsolutions.ai and the Services, including information about people who interact with our Clients through the Services ("End Users").
1. Our role
For information we collect about visitors to our website and our own Clients' contacts, we decide how that information is used. For End User information we process for a Client (for example, calls handled by an AI agent the Client deploys), we act on the Client's behalf and under its instructions, and the Client's own privacy policy also applies.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and business details: name, email, phone number, company name, role and billing information.
- Client onboarding details: business registration, ownership and banking or tax information needed to provide the Services or set up payment processing.
- End User interactions: messages, call recordings or transcripts, appointment or order details, and other content submitted through AI agents, forms or apps we operate for Clients, where permitted by law.
- Payment information: card payments are handled by third-party processors certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Full card numbers go directly to the processor. We receive only limited details, such as card type, the last four digits and transaction status.
- Automatically collected data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and similar usage data, collected using cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain, secure and improve the Services.
- To communicate with you about projects, support, billing and service updates.
- To set up Client accounts, including identity verification and risk review with our partners.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To send marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not use Client or End User data to train general-purpose AI models for other customers.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers that help us deliver the Services (for example, cloud hosting, AI model providers, communications carriers and payment processors) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations;
- with the Client on whose behalf we process End User information;
- to comply with law, legal process or lawful government requests, or to protect rights, safety and property;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets; or
- with your consent.
5. Text messages
If you give a mobile number to us or to a Client using our Services, you may receive texts related to your request, such as confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and separation between Client environments. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. After that, we delete or de-identify it, or return it to the Client as agreed.
8. Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. If your information was processed for a Client, we will refer your request to that Client or help them respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email, and you can set your browser to refuse cookies.
9. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
